Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, log into your account to manage your booking. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your booking, reschedules at least 24 hours before. Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking start time. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
