We have had a few teething problems during our first week with emails going astray... in particular the emails providing the gate code.
Firstly, I'd like to say sorry to everyone who was affected and thank you for being so understanding!
To remedy this, Louis has been working hard to find an alternative solution and he's now set up text message notifications! Hopefully these will give you easier access to the information you need when visiting us.
Don't worry, you won't be bombarded with messages. You'll just get one text an hour before your booking, giving you the gate code.
Please ensure that you provide us with the correct mobile number at the time of booking. If you need to check or change your number, the easiest way is to log into your account and see what contact details we hold for you.
These text updates will only apply to new bookings made. For those of you who booked last week, I'll be manually emailing out the gate code to you on the morning of your booking.
